If you would like to submit an application to lease one of our homes, please choose either method listed below:

Apply Online:

1. Click here to fill out an online application.
2. Click here to print the credit/background check release, sign it, then scan and email it to jkwellsinvestmentgroup@gmail.com.
3. Click here to pay the $30 application fee online.

Apply By Mail:

Print and complete the application and credit/background check release, then mail both documents and the $30 application fee (money order) to the address on the application.

 

Once we receive your completed application, signed credit/background check release, and application fee, we will be able to evaluate your application and notify you of the results.  Thank you again for your interest in leasing one of our homes.
